Welcome to J-Mac's Custom Designs. By using this website and placing orders, you agree to these terms.

Products

All apparel and headwear is printed-to-order. Mockup images are representational; actual print placement and color may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances on a per-garment basis.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes and shipping. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders are accepted at our discretion. We may cancel an order if a product is mispriced, sold out, or fraud is suspected. In that case, you'll be refunded in full to the original payment method.

Intellectual property

All design artwork, logos, and product photography on this site are the original work of Jason McEnery and J-Mac's Custom Designs (or used under license). You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially redistribute any of this content without written permission.

User responsibility

You agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt the service, or scrape pricing/inventory data without permission.

Returns, refunds, and shipping

Limitation of liability

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of products purchased here. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Paulding County, Georgia.

We may update these terms occasionally. The updated version is the one posted on this page.
