Shipping policy

Every J-Mac's Custom Designs item is printed-to-order in the USA. Here's what to expect:

Production time: 3-5 business days after you place your order. Each item is printed specifically for you — we don't keep inventory.

Shipping time: Standard USPS or UPS Ground. 2-7 business days within the contiguous US after production. Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may take longer.

Total time from order to door: typically 5-12 business days.

Tracking: You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

International shipping: Currently US-only. International expansion is on the roadmap.

Lost or delayed packages: If your package hasn't arrived 14 days after shipping, email jasonmcenery@gmail.com with your order number — we'll work with the carrier to find it.
