Return and refund policy

Each item from J-Mac's Custom Designs is printed-to-order specifically for you. Because of how print-on-demand works, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer's remorse, sizing changes, or color preferences. Please review size charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged or with a printing/manufacturing defect:

• Contact us at jasonmcenery@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and clear photos showing the defect.
• We will issue a free replacement at our discretion. We do not issue refunds for damaged items — only replacements.

If your order arrives at the wrong address or is lost in transit: Reach out within 14 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Cancellations: Once an order enters production (typically within 24 hours of being placed), it cannot be cancelled.
